O and O Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates oandosystems.com. This policy explains the information collected through our website and related communications, how we use it, and your choices.
We collect information you choose to provide. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and a message. Our Free Security Risk Assessment form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, your industry, and your company size. When you call, email, or book a consultation, we receive the details you share there.
We may also collect technical and source information, including the page you submitted from, referring page, browser or device details, IP address, and campaign parameters.
We use information to respond to inquiries, run the security scans you request and prepare your report, provide and support our IT services, maintain records, send communications you request, improve our website, measure marketing performance, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Providers that support our website, forms, scheduling, communications, and business operations may process information on our behalf. Our contact form runs on HighLevel (LeadConnector), our Free Security Risk Assessment runs on Prospector Security, LLC’s platform, and consultations are booked through Calendly. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Our free security scan is offered by O and O Systems, with Prospector Security, LLC as its platform provider. When you submit the form, you confirm that you own or have permission to test the domain, and you authorize O and O Systems and Prospector Security to run non-intrusive external scans of it. The scan reviews publicly reachable information such as open network services, email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC), website encryption settings, DNS records, and leaked passwords or breaches tied to the domain.
We use the results to prepare your report and to follow up about your request. Prospector Security processes the information under its own privacy policy.
We and our service providers use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security, preferences, analytics, and campaign attribution. Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics on this website, which records the pages you visit and actions such as calling, clicking a link, or submitting a form. If you reach the site from a Google ad, a Google tag may store information about that ad click in a cookie so a later inquiry can be credited to it.
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, provides visitor and performance statistics, and runs Turnstile on our contact form to prevent spam. Our accessibility toolbar remembers the settings you choose in your browser. Google and Cloudflare process information under their own privacy policies, and Google may use it to deliver and measure ads.
You can manage cookies in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or manage Google ad personalization through Google Ads Settings. Participating companies also offer choices through the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance. These choices may apply only to a particular browser or device and do not eliminate all advertising.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, ordinary business records, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You choose what to send us and whether to request a security scan. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us. You can contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable recordkeeping and legal requirements.
Our website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through this website.
This website links to services we do not control, such as Calendly scheduling, Google Maps, and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies govern their handling of information. Review those policies before providing information to them.
We may update this policy as our practices or requirements change. The current version will appear on this page with its last-updated date.
