These Terms of Service (also called Terms and Conditions) cover use of the O and O Systems website, including our contact form and Free Security Risk Assessment. Please review them before using our website.

Our website provides general information about managed IT, help desk, cybersecurity, and our other technology services. Website information is general and does not replace advice from a qualified professional about your specific systems.

Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not by itself schedule service, guarantee availability, establish a final price, or create a client relationship. The scope, pricing, and support terms of any service are confirmed separately in a written agreement.

Your domain. Submit the form only for a domain you own or have explicit permission to test. Submitting it authorizes O and O Systems, and Prospector Security, LLC as its platform provider, to run non-intrusive external vulnerability and intelligence scans against that domain.

Preliminary results. The scan is a complimentary, preliminary, and informational service. Its results are not legal, risk-management, or professional consulting advice and do not create a consulting or client relationship. We make reasonable efforts to deliver accurate and timely findings, but we make no warranties about their completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Decisions based on them are your own.

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, and protection of information. Please review it before submitting information.

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit false or abusive requests, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Website text, images, logos, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not grant permission for unauthorized commercial reuse.

Our website uses or links to services operated by third parties, such as HighLevel for our contact form, Prospector Security for the security scan, Calendly for scheduling, Google Maps, and LinkedIn.
